All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee — you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to try out your item(s) and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item(s) for a full refund, minus a 40% restocking fee per item. To file a return under the 30 Day Guarantee, please complete the Return Form in its entirety. If you placed an order for a quantity of 5 boards or more, you have 30 days to cancel your order for a full refund. Due to the production cost and labor involved, your refund will be subject up to 40% refund of the total cost of the purchase. The refund for large order can take up to a month to process.
The refund, less shipping and restocking fee(s), will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 4-6 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once we receive the returned items
All contents from original packaging must be included in the return, any missing items will delay the refund process.

Hard Board Returns
When Pilot reaches out to you to setup an appointment to pick up your board you can let them know you no longer have packaging material for the board. The driver will then know to bring bubble wrap when picking up the board and package it for you, there is a $265 charge for this however and will be subtracted from your refund.
